Empowered for Change – A Holistic Journey to Personal and Professional Success

Project Overview

As part of our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion, our company proudly supports the Women100 Initiative, an initiative that is designed and implemented by our CEO. This campaign is designed to empower women in Oman, both from the corporate and non-corporate sectors, by offering tailored workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions led by our CEO. The goal is to guide women in achieving a healthy work-life balance, which in turn enables them to feel satisfied and fulfilled in both their professional and personal lives. By supporting women in their pursuit of excellence, we aim to create a ripple effect of success that extends into their careers, homes, and personal goals.

A core focus of this initiative is the holistic approach to health and wellness, which we believe is essential for long-term well-being. True wellness is not just about physical health but encompasses five key components:

While many focus solely on physical fitness and maintaining a disease-free body, we recognize that true wellness requires a balance across all these areas. Our workshops emphasize the importance of nurturing each aspect to achieve overall well-being, helping women not only succeed professionally but thrive personally.

This CSR initiative aims to empower 100 Omani individuals (majority women) through a life-changing, holistic development programme. By focusing on the emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual aspects of human growth, the programme supports participants in crafting their unique life plans based on their values, goals, and purpose.

The programme includes:

Objectives

  • Empower participants to align personal and professional lives with core values.
  • Enhance self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and clarity of purpose.
  • Bridge gender understanding in business contexts.
  • Equip participants with knowledge, tools, and strategies for entrepreneurial and personal success.
  • Create a replicable, scalable model for long-term social impact.

Target Audience

  • 100 participants, with a focus on Omani women aged 25-45 interested in personal development and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Inclusion of men for balanced gender learning and holistic growth (10–20%).

Each participant will receive:

Women100 Initiative – Terms and Conditions for Participants

As a valued participant in the Women100 Initiative, you are joining a unique and transformative journey designed to support your personal and professional growth. To ensure mutual commitment and maximize the benefits of the programme, the following terms and conditions apply:

Participation Commitments

  1. Workshops Attendance
    • Participants are required to attend two interactive workshops, each lasting 3 hours.
    • Original Cost: OMR 30 per workshop.
    • Women100 Participant Contribution: OMR 5 per workshop.
  2. Panel Discussions
    • The programme includes four guest panel discussions featuring successful entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
    • Attendance Fee: OMR 3 per session.
    • Benefit: Women100 participants receive priority access to these events.
  3. Coaching Sessions
    • Each participant must commit to a minimum of four individual coaching sessions with Shaima Al Lawati, spread across 6 months.
    • Original Cost: OMR 40 per session.
    • Women100 Participant Contribution: OMR 5 per session (total OMR 20 for all four sessions).

Social Media Commitment

As part of our mission to create a ripple effect of growth and inspire other women in the community, each participant agrees to:

  • Share at least 4 Instagram posts.
  • Share at least 4 Instagram stories (Insta stories).
  • The content should highlight personal transformation, key takeaways from the programme, and how the participant is actively practicing work-life harmony.

These shares are intended to reflect authentic experiences and promote collective empowerment, aligned with the spirit of the Women100 initiative.
